Regarding spouters complaining about the steel poles and the height, etc.: I think the problem here is lack of knowledge or experience in this high-energy field. Looking down Ocean Drive, the poles are 90 degrees and not leaning 30 degrees like some of the wood poles are, and they are high for a reason. When this project is completed it is going to help us tremendously with storms and more power.
