I live in proximity to SH 83 in South Dennis, and once again multiple ATVs riding in a marine construction storage yard bombarded dozens of homes with ear-shattering noise Jan. 9. After endless complaints, I question why Dennis Township does not enforce its own zoning laws regarding prohibited use of commercial land to build and operate a motocross track.
