There are more than enough laws that regulate the purchase of guns, more will not curb the violence. Only enforcement will, along with vigilant gun dealers. They have the right to decline a purchase and/or notify law enforcement. Likewise, family members enable drug addicts by providing shelter for them and knowing about and not reporting their activities. Activities which escalate as their condition worsens. If you think illegal guns are not present in this area, you are sadly mistaken.
