Is anyone else tired of reading about the illegal ATV's? I know I am! It appears to be one person who has nothing better to do with their time but spout all day! Maybe the ATV riders are purposely trying to annoy you, because you won't stop your complaining. Perhaps, if you ignore them, they won't have fun annoying you anymore. People don't like being told what to do.
