Lower Twp. Referendum Jan 26th - Cape May City, Lower Twp. and West Cape May taxpayers need to come together and say "No." This is not a school referendum but a sports referendum. It is too bad that this referendum has the wrong focus and message - school enrollment is down. The school board, superintendent, and business administrator should have proposed a better agenda in getting this referendum passed versus trying to get a new sports building to house tennis courts, batting cages and sports lockers.
