To my fellow Sea Isle City Spouter, I heard that it is not actually a reality show about Dudley the hot dog dude. It's a documentary about the post-careers of members of our military, especially former special forces. The producers are intrigued by the idea that a former soldier now has a career selling hot dogs in a seasonal resort town. (Something like the Indiana Jones college professor/adventurer contrast). I guess that makes Dudley, "The Indiana Jones of Frankfurters". That might also explain the big hat he wears. I heard they were referred to him by somebody at the post.
