Cape May

If you think Affordable Care Act works, listen to how one of the biggest restaurants in Cape May County threatens employees so they won't have to pay a penalty for not offering benefits. First, all employees must fill out forms that say if they have insurance or not. Second, all employees are required to attend a one-on-one meeting for supplemental insurance, which also offers preventive insurance - i.e., insurance against penalty. Third, your ssn and all private insurance information is mandatory. Decline any and you are terminated! Employee rights? No, money rules!
