How can a guy who is intending to resign from a position, wait until after the first of the year to do so-whereby he gets to collect an additional 45 days of vacation, sick, and holiday pay? Shouldn't he have to work a few months to earn the time vs. a New Years Day gift? I wonder what the city will do with his exclusive city use vehicle? I am thinking they may allow him to keep it and use it to move out of state, before surrendering it back where it can be recycled and given to someone else.
