I think the spouter who responded to the spout regarding the police officers in North Wildwood sitting on private property on the way into town to catch speeders missed the point. I, like the original spout, have nothing against the police enforcing the speed limit coming into our town. To sit at these locations for hours on end on cell phones does bother me. Patrol the streets. There is crime in our town and sitting all day at one location does nothing to deter crime, it enhances it. I am on their side and I want them to be on mine.
