Has anyone else noticed the orange, five gallon bucket still sitting next to the divider on Sea Isle Boulevard? This item sat in the westbound lane for a week or so, and was tossed over the wall about three months ago. One thing Sea Isle Boulevard construction site does not need is to be decorated with trash.
