I live in the south end of the Crest. I would like to know why there is constantly an unmarked Crest police car parked in the 200 block of E. Topeka Ave.? I can't believe there are that many problems at this one area to have a high ranking officer there during the day, nearly every day? Maybe the new public safety director should be more aware of what is going on, considering his salary.
