Wildwood Crest residents will vote on the Pacific Ave. reconstruction project Jan. 26. After attending the special meeting Dec. 4, it is obvious many people have been misinformed about the benefits of having medians as part of this project. The planning commission stated that the road will be safer after meetings with the police and engineering departments, and that numerous studies by the Department of Transportation across the country have shown that property values do increase in towns that have medians.
