When on Pacific Ave. I noticed a detour on Andrews Ave., a new city dump truck blocking the street. Being curious, I looked further to see another blocking the street at Taylor Ave., and yet another in the middle of the block spreading patch material. Two guys in the truck spreading material were the only two I saw, the other trucks were empty. I could not help but wonder where they were. And should there not have been a supervisor on scene with such a big operation?
