Questions for the proponents of the armed citizen as the "solution" to gun violence: Given how easy it is for bad guys to get guns, thanks to the NRA, will you guarantee that the armed citizen is not actually a madman posing as an armed citizen, a madman using the guise of a "good guy" to kill innocent human beings? Are we sinking as a society to the point that, to avoid gun massacres, everyone entering a movie theater, concert hall or church will have to be frisked? Do Second Amendment rights supersede every other right known to man?
