I appreciate the police issuing tickets for the cart removing! The stores often run out of carts for people to use because people take them home! This also causes prices to rise as they often have to pay a lot to either buy more or pay to retrieve them from the impound lot. If you see a cart, please call the store it belongs to so perhaps they can come pick it up! Consider searching Swip-Swap sites for a wagon, stroller or shopping basket to save yourself a ticket!
