Saw an article where Lower Township manager praised code enforcement division for a good job. He then went on to say they were cracking down on non-licensed rental properties. About six months ago, a three-judge panel ruled (Timber Glenn vs. Hamiliton Township) that it was illegal to charge rental fees for year-round rentals and now all over New Jersey. Landlords are asking for their money back. Lower Township should be careful.
