We have a huge problem with skunks here in Avalon, and I want to know why the officials and animal control are not trapping them? It is out of control, and my dog was sprayed recently and his eyes were swollen shut. I know we have feral cats in the neighborhood, and this is one of the reasons these skunks are thriving. What can be done?
