To the spouter from Rio Grande with the issue about shopping carts: Middle Twp. Public Works no longer takes care of the shopping cart issues, it is now Middle Twp. Police Deparment's responsibility to see that they are off the streets, and I would like to give a big thank you to Public Works for all of their hard work. Thanks for keeping our town looking good.
