I was just reading that in New York City they are making an attempt to ban horse-drawn carriages due to cruelty to animals. Has there ever been a problem here in Cape May with this? I understand that the horses here have to walk several miles to and from their stable just to put in a day's work. I've never heard of any problems here, just curious.
