To the Stone Harbor spouter who complained about the recent election turnout: Why are you complaining only about the newest elected member? Mayor Walters has been running this mess for 20 years. Mastrangelo, Carusi and Dunhour have been on council for years. Blame them for the library, police station, recreation center, playground on 80th, the skunk infestation, and the 70-foot poles.
