The Motor Vehicle Commission is correct in everything concerning the front desk. It is time for the Van Drew Team to do something about the disrespectful employees who are to serve the public. Discipline, terminate or close this facility if changes are unobtainable. There are numerous, friendly people looking for work that would be more than happy to have these jobs at the front information desk. Other areas would be happy to have a DMV, which should be considered since nothing has ever been done for years to correct the problem at the Rio Grande facility.
