To the West Cape May Historical Society: What is wrong with you? Making a new home builder build a new home around four rotted wood walls and a crumbling cinder block foundation. I question that this home even falls under the historic home guidelines. If the home was historic, which I seriously doubt, why make them leave this mess up and make them build around it? The original home was obviously falling down for years. We, as residents of Leaming Ave. will all be glad to see the remains of the old house torn down and a beautiful new home in its place. Please reconsider your decision!
