I agree with the spout about loose dogs and poop on North Wildwood seawall. This has been a long, on-going problem that no one will stop. Why? There are so many people upset about this. I don't go as much as I used to because I have had words with a lot of dog owners who think their dogs can do no wrong. And this is supposed to be my relax time, not running from loose dogs, and jumping over dog poop. Please do something now!
