I have noticed that a few towns like Town Bank have some property owners who let their properties go to seed, and the municipality allows it. Some yards are used as junk yards with all types of rusting junk in them. Also allowed are the parking of motorized vehicles and boats on lawns where oil leaks can effect aquifer water sources. Outlaw pig sties. Improve Town Bank's curb appeal.
