I am annoyed at North Wildwood police after reading a spout on ticketing a couple for using a shopping cart to bring groceries home when their car was disabled. The police would have better served the community that it protects by offering the couple a ride home and returning the shopping cart for them. Instead, the police seized on the opportunity to write a ticket for the sole purpose of what? Revenue? Hitting his ticket quota that they all deny exist?
