I've been searching the real estate market in Villas for quite some time now. There really are some pretty amazing houses in the area and seems to feel homey. Too many areas where everyone is flocking to are being over developed and over populated. Not sure how one can beat the prices for some of the houses up for sale when you have so much around to do. The surrounding area could certainly use some of the typical restaurant chains which would bring in more jobs for the area. I'll definitely be keeping my eyes open as this area is sure to be the next best thing.
