Don't be fooled by another smoke and mirror scheme for Wildwood's back bay. This site has a long history. It was a former landfill. It cannot be developed upon for housing without extensive vapor recovery. Who in their right mind would brag about buying a high-end home on a dump in Wildwood? Use common sense folks.
