To the spouter asking residents to file complaints about dogs outside in winter and barking: Why would residents have to do this when we pay animal control to serve the community? The township officials need to have animal control do a better job patrolling and enforcing humane standards required by the state. Residents don't have to file complaints, but just have to ask the township to send animal control out to try to rectify the problem.
