The judges need to crack down on these people as well when it comes to bails and trials. The root cause here is drugs, letting them back out only prolongs the inevitable, as well as many more crimes and quality of life issues for the community. Zero tolerance is a must, these lowlifes are ruining the communities, which can take years to rebuild.
