There is one thing you can't teach to a person. It doesn't matter if they're white, black, Puerto Rican, legal or illegal. This is called common sense. Get pulled over and reach for a gun, expect to be shot. Run from the police, expect to get chased and stopped by whatever means necessary. Get told to stand up and refuse, you can expect to be yanked out of the chair.
