Bravo to City Council President Jack Gibson for coming up with a great suggestion for alleviating SIC's bike issues! Widening the Promenade and extending it the length of the island will encourage bikers to avoid the summer traffic, clogged streets and hopefully help drivers on Pleasure Avenue breathe a sigh of relief.
