Seems some communities in this county are really being leaned on to provide low-income housing, while others are not. Where is the low-income housing in Avalon, Sea Isle and Stone Harbor? Middle, Lower and others are scrambling to please the state. Maybe the providers need to file a lawsuit against the state, as it seems this law is not being enforced equally in all communities.
