Shade Tree Village, along Seashore Road in Erma, has become a high drug-trafficking area. This stretch of road was a nice section of Erma, it appears that Rio Grande has leaked into the township. This little armpit of the township needs to be shut down, all it is, is housing for these drug dealers and a safe haven for heroin users. Someone clean up the Cape.
