To the spouter about attending council meetings to be informed: SH council meetings are totally worthless to the public. You'll find out nothing and if you ask a question they say we'll look into it. They hope it goes away and that you do too. The process is horrible. As one of 8 people who attend the meetings I can tell you not once have the telephone poles been brought up by mayor or council in the last two years. Only just recently did we know. The mayor is absent on every issue and appears to care less. She views herself as a meeting planner, not as a town leader.
