I witnessed a woman screaming at a beautiful little girl who was 3 or 4 years old outside a store Oct. 20. She was shaking the little girl and screaming, "Do you hear me?" I finally said, "Everyone can hear you!" She continued to berate the child. An employee came out of the store to try to calm the situation. My prayers go to the child. What must she live with? I wish I knew the name of the woman. I would have reported her to the proper authorities. She certainly needs to learn some parenting skills.
