In response to the spout regarding teens hanging out at the Court House library, causing trouble: The library is an extension of school and should be respected as such. I have no problem with teens going to the library to study or take a class. I do have a problem with teens hanging out, cursing, smoking, fighting, making out and being a public nuisance! Older, "taxpaying" citizens and young children should not have to be exposed to that when visiting the county library!
