We had to have a political reduction in a speed limit to 40 to make Millman safer after the death of two girls hit by an impaired driver, but what we experienced this past week on Millman was worse situations than that. You have 40 cars, all double parked for a Halloween event, and all the kids are running all over the street. No authorities policing this dangerous area for the event.
