There is a supervisor in Public Works who was hired as payback for political favors, with no experience. He has hinted about resigning because of his health, but will wait until after the election. If the mayor loses, and the newcomers decide to terminate him, he will receive a $60,000 severance check that was built into his contract. This is not right and part of what's wrong with Wildwood.
