Flushing at night, great idea. I am sure the same people who suggest this would be the first to complain about both increased utility cost and associated overtime. More importantly though are the hydrants that are obstructed by overgrown brush and shrubs that is occurring in Villas. I noticed a few areas have a blue reflector in the middle of the street that indicates the hydrant, but in many others this is not present. Were these put in by individuals, fire dept. or township? Our street has none and two obstructed hydrants. Code enforcement, where are you?
