To those who do not believe that the proposed sidewalk is part of a larger development plan along the bay front, please read the Municipal Public Access Plan which is posted on the township website. On page 7, Goal 6 intends to maximize the general public access to tidal waters along Delaware Bay through the construction of public access improvements, including under item 6H, legitimate public access opportunities through the establishment of restaurants, bars and other recreational and amusement facilities built along tidal waterways. Maybe you will think twice about supporting the plan?
