The borough is in violation of NJ P.L. 1985 with regard to the full-time staffing by Class II officers. When the state enforces the correct staffing by full-time, certified officers with benefits, our tax increase will be significant. When an officer here has an arrest, that officer can't answer any emergency call for at least two hours, leaving the borough totally reliable on another agency for help.
