I have a neighbor who has an outdoor dog that barks constantly. I call animal control and nothing is being done. Middle, Upper, Lower and the Wildwoods all have laws that protect outdoor dogs so they are not in the cold. Why is nothing being done in Dennis to have humane standards, and why is animal control not patrolling the neighborhoods to stop the dogs that are outside barking all night?
