Stone Harbor mayor and council knew about the Atlantic City Electric project to install 70+ foot steel poles for two years. Why did they hide this information from the public? Why are they afraid to have open discussions with the residents and taxpayers? Why do they refuse to tap into the wealth of professional expertise of our diverse group of homeowners for help on up-front planning? Lack of transparency and incompetence!
