I wonder what Jefferson would think of the political parties in this country and what they have done to keep productive change from making this country stronger and unified? More importantly what would the founding fathers think of the law profession in which many belonged, and how this profession has totally dominated all branches of government for their own enrichment? When you can make the law, interpret the law and are self-regulated, then the ability of the common people to participate in government is clearly limited to the wishes of those who control it.
