North Cape May

I recently went to sign my 3-year-old up for a daycare service at the old St Raymond's school in Villas. I come to find out that it's based off of income and they accept children on the welfare programs which probably don't pay anything at all to go to this service. My problem with this is why should someone have to pay more because by logic there are two working incomes in the household? Seems to be unfair to take from the hard-working class and have them take on the financial burden of people who can't pay. I'll wait until next year when my taxes have already paid for his schooling.
