To the person commenting on the admission charge for the county museum: If the goal of the museum is to become completely self-sufficient, wouldn't the goal be to have more people visit, and not price them away? I brought relatives visiting from Virginia this summer. People there left when they found out there was an $8 charge, there were five of them. The tour guide made some nasty comments about them as they were leaving. She was condescending and spent most of the tour talking about herself. Can't a more reasonable fee be agreed upon?
