Cape May County

I recently read that Upper Township is still paying public employees a $2,000 stipend who choose not to be on the township medical plan. This is such an outdated policy. The township should immediately double the employee contribution for premiums if another family member has health insurance as a matter of policy to remove from the township health plan. This would save taxpayers so much more money than offering an optional stipend.
