Stone Harbor

So there is a groundbreaking ceremony for the new library Sept. 30. This may be the ending that has finally come after a decade of bickering. This entire process has been mismanaged and wasteful of tax money. What was debated and argued for 10 years becomes a scaled down, over-sized reading room with curtains and a flower vase. A decade later we don't even need a $6 million library. Libraries are obsolete as we once knew them. The cost? It's five times more per square foot than a house on the beach. What a terrible waste.
