Another Avalon spouter commented on how he/she feels that there is a lack of work ethic shown by local tradesmen. They don't return calls or follow up on projects, etc. To which someone commented, "Maybe it is you" as if to imply that the spouter was disagreeable or difficult to do business with. I can't say for sure if that spouter is difficult or not, but I really have to agree with the lack of work ethic. It's not universal, there are plenty of folks who hustle down here. But after years of dealing with the "mañana" attitude down here, I have gotten used to it.
