I watched an officer refuse to allow a young woman to go to the ER as directed by her doctor due to a spiked blood pressure. When I arrived, I had her transported via ambulance while the police officers were laughing and joking. Her blood pressure spiked by another almost 80 points. She could have died. All for an expired registration. There are good officers but the poorly trained ones put us all in jeopardy.
